角田光代(Kakuta Mitsuyo)

日本作家,1967年生于日本神奈川县横滨市。作品屡见于各大奖项:2005年《对岸的她》获第132届直木奖;2006年《摇滚妈妈》获第32届川端康成文学奖;2007年《第八日的蝉》获第2届中央公论文艺奖;2012年《纸之月》获第25届柴田炼三郎奖;2012年《彼岸之子》获40届泉镜花文学奖。其作品聚焦日本泡沫经济破裂后当代都市女性的困惑与精神困扰。多部作品被搬上荧屏。2019年4月其长篇小说《坡道上的家》改编同名电视剧在日本播出,好评如潮,引起热议。

Born on 8 March 1967, Kakuta Mitsuyo is a Japanese author born in Yokohama. Her debut novel Kōfuku na yūgi (A Blissful Pastime), published while she was a student at Waseda University, received the Kaien Prize for New Writers in 1990. She went on to win the Noma Literary New Face Prize and the Naoki Prize for Taigan no kanojo (Woman on the Other Shore) in 2004. Yōkame no Semi (The Eighth Day) received the 2007 Chūō Kōron Literary Prize. Her 2012 novel Kami no tsuki (Pale Moon) was also a prizewinner. Altogether she has written over 80 works of fiction. Some of her works have been adapted into TV shows and/or films, among which Saka no Tochuu no ie (The House on the Slope) was an instant hit and has become one of this year's most popular shows.
